- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for added flavor and moisture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
