Jumbo shells stuffed with a savory beef and cheese filling, smothered in marinara and baked to cheesy perfection — a family favorite Italian dinner.

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet with seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
Mix beef with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Stuff each shell with the mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over shells and cover with foil.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Uncover and broil for a few minutes if desired. Garnish and serve.
