Ingredients
- turkey wings, separated at joints
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- olive oil
- yellow onions, thinly sliced
- minced garlic
- chicken broth
- cream of chicken soup
- cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season turkey wings generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the turkey wings until browned on both sides.
Remove wings and sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until softened.
In a bowl, mix chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
Place wings in a baking dish, top with sautéed onions and pour the soup mixture over.
Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours, until turkey is fork-tender.
If needed, thicken the gravy with cornstarch mixed in water before serving.
