Ingredients
- canned salmon drained and flaked
- eggs
- breadcrumbs
- onion finely chopped
- celery finely chopped
- milk
- lemon juice
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined
- Transfer mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until firm and golden
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving

- You can use fresh cooked salmon instead of canned
