Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup pink lemonade mix (such as Country Time)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (for the drink base)
  • 1½ cups water
  • Ice

Instructions

    • Prepare the Whipped Topping

      • In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup pink lemonade mix with the heavy whipping cream.
      • Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
    • Make the Pink Lemonade Base

      • In two glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each.
      • Pour ¾ cup of water into each glass and stir until fully dissolved.
      • Fill each glass with ice, leaving some space for the whipped topping.
    • Assemble the Drink

      • Spoon the whipped pink lemonade topping generously over each glass of lemonade.
    • Serve and Enjoy

      • Stir slightly before drinking to mix the creamy topping with the lemonade, or enjoy in layers.

Notes

  • For a natural version, use fresh lemon juice and sweeten with honey or agave syrup instead of pink lemonade mix.
  • If you prefer a dairy-free alternative, use coconut cream for a tropical twist.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less pink lemonade mix to suit your taste.
  • To make it extra fancy, garnish with fresh berries, lemon slices, or a mint sprig.
  • For a frozen variation, blend the lemonade with ice before adding the whipped topping.
