- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Season the beef with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth, tomato sauce, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
- Add uncooked pasta to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
