- Fresh or frozen mango

Instructions
Blend nuts and dates into a crust and press into a springform pan.
Blend mango, soaked cashews, coconut cream, syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, and coconut oil until smooth.
Pour over crust and freeze until firm.
Thaw slightly before serving.
Top with mango slices or coconut shavings
