Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Optional garnish: green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink.
  • Pour sauce over shrimp and cook for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Serve immediately with garnish, if desired.

Notes

    • Works great with frozen shrimp—just thaw first!
