Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer:

  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownies – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Mix strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips, then spread batter evenly in the pan.
  • Bake – Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set. Let cool completely before frosting.
  • Make the Frosting – Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping for a fluffy texture.
  • Assemble – Spread frosting over the cooled brownie base.
  • Prepare the Topping – Crush vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup. Sprinkle evenly over the frosted brownies.
  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
