    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

    • 1 teaspoon lime juice

    • 1 teaspoon chopped green onions

    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

  • For Garnish:

    • Sliced avocado

    • Extra sesame seeds

    • Extra green onions

Instructions

  •

    • In a bowl, combine diced salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, green onions, and sesame seeds. Mix well.

  • Assemble:

    • Spoon a small amount of the salmon mixture onto each crispy rice square.

    • Garnish with sliced avocado, extra green onions, and sesame seeds.

  • Serve:

    • Serve immediately while the rice is still crispy.

Notes

  • Make-Ahead Tip: The rice can be prepped and stored in the fridge overnight before frying.

  • Spice Level: Adjust sriracha to make it milder or spicier.

  • Protein Option: Swap salmon for tuna or even cooked shrimp if desired.

  • Crispy Rice Hack: Use a non-stick pan and don’t overcrowd to ensure an even, crispy texture.
