Creamy, cheesy, and packed with comfort, this Alfredo Tortellini Bake is the ultimate weeknight dinner. It combines cheesy tortellini with a rich Alfredo sauce, tossed with savory seasonings and baked until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients
- Refrigerated cheese tortellini 20 oz
- Alfredo sauce 2 cups (store-bought or homemade)
- Cooked chicken breast, diced 2 cups
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cups
- Parmesan cheese ½ cup, grated
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked tortellini.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with cooked sausage or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
