- 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla, then mix in cake mix.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls and coat in powdered sugar.
Bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool on pan.
