Celebrate comfort food with this classic Corned Beef and Cabbage made in the slow cooker — savory, fork-tender beef with soft, flavorful vegetables in every bite.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lb corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 3 cups water
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1½ lbs potatoes, halved
- ½ head green cabbage, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Place onion and garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add corned beef on top and sprinkle with included spice packet.
- Pour in water until the beef is nearly covered.
- Add carrots and potatoes around the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Add cabbage wedges in the last 2 hours of cooking.
- Slice beef against the grain and serve with vegetables.

- Add a splash of beer for extra flavor
