Ingredients
Ground beef
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and black pepper
Refrigerated crescent roll dough
Unsalted butter, melted
Garlic, minced
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Meat – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface, pressing seams together to form a solid sheet.
Assemble the Rollups – Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Garlic Butter Topping – In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this over the tops of the rollups.
Bake – Place rollups on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve and Enjoy – Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
