A zesty and colorful pasta salad made with cheese tortellini, fresh vegetables, and bold Italian dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, vegetables, and mozzarella.
Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper, add basil, and mix well.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use store-bought or homemade dressing.
- Add salami or pepperoni for a meaty twist.
