A tropical twist on taco night—these Teriyaki Chicken Tacos are topped with a sweet grilled pineapple and pear salsa for a burst of juicy flavor.

- 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 pear, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- Corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or sauté chicken until cooked through and slice.
- Toss pineapple and pear with olive oil and grill until charred.
