Description

Creamy sweet potatoes topped with a buttery brown sugar crumble and gooey marshmallows — a festive and classic holiday favorite!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (for topping)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    • In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

    • Spread sweet potato mixture into the baking dish.

    • In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.

    • Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over sweet potatoes.

    • Bake for 25 minutes.

    • Add marshmallows on top and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and gooey.

 

Notes

  • For a nutty crunch, add chopped pecans to the topping.
  • You can prepare this dish a day in advance and bake when ready to serve.
