Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter (for topping)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Spread sweet potato mixture into the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over sweet potatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Add marshmallows on top and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and gooey.
Notes
- For a nutty crunch, add chopped pecans to the topping.
