Description
Juicy chicken slow-cooked in a sweet and tangy Hawaiian-style sauce made with pineapple, soy, and brown sugar. It’s tropical comfort food in one pot!

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Pineapple chunks and green onions for garnish
Instructions
Add chicken to the crockpot.
Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce, then pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken and shred.
Stir cornstarch and water together, add to the sauce, and cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken to the crockpot, mix well, and serve with rice. Garnish with pineapple and green onions.
