Tender, juicy chicken cooked low and slow in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce—this set-it-and-forget-it meal is weeknight gold.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (optional for thickening)
Instructions
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, basil, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Optional: Mix cornstarch with water, stir into sauce, and cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken.
Serve with rice or steamed vegetables
