Description

Ingredients

  • Steak cubes
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Zucchini, chopped
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Butter, melted
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.

  • In a bowl, toss steak, shrimp, and veggies with garlic, butter, oil, and seasonings.

  • Divide mixture among foil sheets and seal tightly.

  • Grill or bake for 20–25 minutes until steak is tender and shrimp is cooked through.

Notes
