Delicious Sriracha Bacon Bleu Cheese Breakfast Toasts that combine savory flavors with a spicy kick.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of whole grain bread
  • 8 ounces of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 ounces of bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the Sriracha to your desired spice level.
  3. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
