Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets, diced
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Spicy mayo (¼ cup mayo + 1 tablespoon sriracha)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Marinate diced salmon in sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
Sear or air fry salmon until cooked and slightly crispy.
In bowls, layer rice, cabbage, and cucumber.
Top with spicy salmon.
Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
