Description

Spicy salmon bowls bring the heat with seasoned salmon, rice, crunchy veggies, and a creamy spicy mayo drizzle—everything you love about a poke bowl with a fiery kick.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets, diced
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Spicy mayo (¼ cup mayo + 1 tablespoon sriracha)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

    • Marinate diced salmon in sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.

    • Sear or air fry salmon until cooked and slightly crispy.

    • In bowls, layer rice, cabbage, and cucumber.

    • Top with spicy salmon.

    • Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

 

Notes

  • Use sushi-grade raw salmon for a poke-style version. Add edamame or pickled ginger for variety.
