  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning packet discarded)
  • 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Sauce:

    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  • Cook the Ramen Noodles:
    • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
    • Drain and toss with a little sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  • Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    • Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
    • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrots.
    • Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
  • Combine Everything:
    • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
    • Pour in the sauce and mix well.
    • Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss everything together.
    • Cook for another 2 minutes until fully coated and heated through.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
    • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
