These One Pan Smothered Turkey Wings are baked until fall-off-the-bone tender in a rich onion gravy, perfect for Sunday dinners or soul food cravings.


Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings, split at joints
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Season turkey wings with spices, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, sear wings on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
  • In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  • Sprinkle in flour, cook 1 minute, then slowly whisk in broth and water to form gravy.
  • Pour gravy over turkey wings in the dish.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2½ to 3 hours until tender.
  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
