These One Pan Smothered Turkey Wings are baked until fall-off-the-bone tender in a rich onion gravy, perfect for Sunday dinners or soul food cravings.

- 4 turkey wings, split at joints
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Season turkey wings with spices, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet, sear wings on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
- In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Sprinkle in flour, cook 1 minute, then slowly whisk in broth and water to form gravy.
- Pour gravy over turkey wings in the dish.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2½ to 3 hours until tender.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
