- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
Place rice, broth, soup, onion, and seasonings in the crockpot. Stir well.
Place chicken on top of the rice mixture.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Avoid using instant rice. For extra creaminess, stir in some shredded cheese at the end.
