A complete, comforting meal of tender chicken and seasoned rice made easily in your slow cooker. Family-friendly and packed with savory flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.

  • Place rice, broth, soup, onion, and seasonings in the crockpot. Stir well.

  • Place chicken on top of the rice mixture.

  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.

  • Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • Avoid using instant rice. For extra creaminess, stir in some shredded cheese at the end.
