Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef back ribs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.

  • Place ribs in slow cooker.

  • Mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over ribs.

  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.

  • Optional: Broil ribs for 3–5 minutes for caramelized edges.

  • Serve with extra BBQ sauce.

Notes

  • Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs for best texture.
