These Slow Cooker Beef Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender with deep, rich flavor and a sweet BBQ glaze — the ultimate hands-off comfort food!

- 3 lbs beef back ribs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
Place ribs in slow cooker.
Mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
Optional: Broil ribs for 3–5 minutes for caramelized edges.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
- Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs for best texture.
- Great with mashed potatoes or coleslaw.
