Description

This Easy Shrimp Fried Rice is a restaurant-style dish made in under 30 minutes with juicy shrimp, fluffy rice, vegetables, and savory soy flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots, frozen
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.

    • Add remaining oil and scramble eggs.

    • Stir in rice, vegetables, and shrimp.

    • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Stir until heated through and well mixed.

    • Serve hot.

 

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for the best texture.Add garlic or ginger for extra flavor.
