A light and flavorful dish with crispy sesame chicken, crisp-tender green beans, and fluffy rice — all tossed in a sweet soy glaze.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Heat sesame and olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
Add green beans and garlic; sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, and vinegar.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
