Description

A light and flavorful dish with crispy sesame chicken, crisp-tender green beans, and fluffy rice — all tossed in a sweet soy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish

Instructions

    • Heat sesame and olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.

    • Add green beans and garlic; sauté for 3–4 minutes.

    • Stir in soy sauce, honey, and vinegar.

    • Add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens.

    • Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
