Ingredients

  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 lb
  • Scallops ½ lb
  • Lump crabmeat 1 cup
  • Cooked pasta 3 cups
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese ½ cup
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for topping
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add seafood and cook just until opaque.

    • Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

    • Combine seafood mixture with pasta and cheeses. Mix well.

    • Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    • Garnish with parsley and serve.
