A hearty and protein-packed breakfast casserole loaded with savory turkey, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese. Perfect for make-ahead mornings or a holiday brunch!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    • Cook the ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

    • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    • Spread cooked turkey evenly in the baking dish. Top with bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese.

    • Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and vegetables.

    • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.

    • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
