These oven-baked beef back ribs are tender, juicy, and slathered in sticky BBQ sauce — no grill required for these mouthwatering ribs!

- 3 lbs beef back ribs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Rub ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.
Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours.
Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.
Rest briefly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For smokier flavor, add liquid smoke to the rub.
