Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

  • Rub ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.

  • Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours.

  • Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.

  • Rest briefly before slicing and serving.
