- 4 chicken apple sausages, sliced
- 1 sweet potato, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss all ingredients in a bowl with olive oil, syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Roast for 25–30 minutes until veggies are tender and caramelized.
Garnish with rosemary and serve warm.
