- Green cabbage, shredded 4 cups
- Cooked rice 2 cups
- Diced tomatoes (with juices) 1 can (14 oz)
- Chopped onion 1
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Add cabbage, stir and cook for 10 minutes until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 more minutes.
Add cooked rice, stir well, and cook until heated through.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
