Sweet and tart rhubarb layered over a creamy custard on a buttery crust—perfect springtime dessert!
Ingredients
- all-purpose flour
- granulated sugar
- cold butter
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour (for filling)
- milk
- chopped rhubarb
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crust ingredients and press into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Bake crust for 15 minutes.
Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla for the filling. Stir in rhubarb.
Pour over baked crust and return to oven for 40–45 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
