Description

A tart and tangy spread made from fresh rhubarb. Perfect for toast, pancakes, or swirled into yogurt.


Ingredients

  • chopped rhubarb
  • granulated sugar
  • lemon juice
  • water
  • cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.

  • Simmer over medium heat until rhubarb breaks down and thickens, about 20–25 minutes.

  • Blend for a smooth consistency if desired.

  • Let cool and transfer to jars for storage
