Description

Ingredients
- chopped rhubarb
- granulated sugar
- lemon juice
- water
- cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Combine rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
Simmer over medium heat until rhubarb breaks down and thickens, about 20–25 minutes.
Blend for a smooth consistency if desired.
Let cool and transfer to jars for storage
