A refreshing drink made with watermelon and coconut water, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp, if desired.
- Chill the agua fresca in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add a splash of pineapple juice or a few slices of fresh ginger before blending.
- To make it a cocktail, add a shot of rum or vodka for an adult version of this refreshing drink.
