Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.

- Pour the raspberry syrup over the ice, followed by the strained raspberry puree.
- Slowly add the sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.
