Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- Cooked and crumbled bacon
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Caesar dressing
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Mix the filling – Combine chicken, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Assemble – Spread the mixture onto the dough, leaving space at the edges. Fold and seal the dough over the filling.
- Brush with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with extra Caesar dressing for dipping.
Notes
- Use fresh dough – Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before rolling for easier handling.
- Don’t overfill – Too much filling can make it hard to seal and bake evenly.
- For extra crunch, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- Storage – Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
- Make-ahead option – Assemble and freeze unbaked, then bake straight from frozen at 375°F for 25 minutes.
