  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup salsa or hot sauce
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

    • Warm refried beans on the stove or in the microwave until smooth and spreadable.
    • Heat tortillas to make them pliable.
