Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.

  • Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

  • Stir in oats.

  • Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared sheets.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden around the edges.
