- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Stir in oats.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared sheets.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden around the edges.
