- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Red and blue sprinkles or colored sugar for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from the brownies.
- Decorate the star brownies with red and blue sprinkles or colored sugar for a festive touch.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of espresso powder to the brownie batter.
- You can substitute the white chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips for a different taste.
