Description

This Creamy Mango Float is a refreshing no-bake dessert layered with sweet ripe mangoes, fluffy whipped cream, and delicate cookies that soften into a cake-like texture. Simple yet indulgent, this tropical treat is perfect for hot days, celebrations, or whenever you crave a taste of summer.

Ingredients

Scale

For the mango float:

    • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    • 3 cups heavy cream, chilled
    • ½ can (7 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    • 64 pieces Biscoff cookies (or graham crackers)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Whipped Cream

    • In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
    • Add the condensed milk and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • Assemble the Layers

    • Place a layer of Biscoff cookies at the bottom of a dish.
    • Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
    • Arrange a layer of sliced mangoes on top.
    • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
  • Chill and Set

    • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the cookies to soften and absorb the flavors.
  • Serve and Enjoy

    • Garnish with extra mango slices or crushed cookies before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Letting the dessert chill overnight enhances the texture and taste.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a firmer, icebox-style treat.
  • For added crunch, sprinkle crushed nuts or toasted coconut between layers.
