- Cream cheese, softened 8 oz
- Whipped topping 1 cup
- Powdered sugar ½ cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Graham cracker crumbs 1 cup
- Butter, melted 3 tbsp
- Fruit or pie filling for topping
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
Fold in whipped topping until creamy.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture into cups over the crust.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Top with fruit or pie filling before serving.
