- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Extra BBQ sauce for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a small loaf.
- Place the mini meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with extra BBQ sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, try mixing in some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro.
- You can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or lean beef for a different taste.
