- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare Chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season each side lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Make Caesar Mixture:
In a bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, and ¾ cup parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Top Chicken:
Spread the Caesar mixture generously over each chicken breast, coating evenly. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup parmesan cheese on top.
Bake:
Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until golden, bubbly, and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired. Serve hot alongside roasted veggies, salad, or your favorite sides.
