- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and feta cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the bean and vegetable mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
