This no-bake mango cheesecake is silky, fruity, and topped with a velvety mango cream — a tropical dessert dream.

Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mango puree
Topping (Velvet Cream):
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Combine crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Chill.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla.
Fold in mango puree and whipped cream. Spread over crust.
Chill for at least 4 hours.
Mix topping ingredients and spread over chilled cheesecake before serving.
Notes
