Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan cheese.
