Description

This Keto Crack Chicken is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with irresistible bacon flavor. With tender shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, and crispy bacon, it’s an addictive low-carb dish that’s easy to prepare and perfect for busy weeknight dinners or meal prepping!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz.) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

    • Prepare Crockpot:
      Spray the crockpot lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

    • Combine Ingredients:
      Place chicken breasts into the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken and top with softened cream cheese.

    • Cook Chicken:
      Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and easy to shred.

    • Shred and Mix:
      Shred the cooked chicken using two forks, mixing thoroughly with the cream cheese. Add shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon. Stir until cheese melts completely.

    • Serve and Garnish:
      Serve immediately, topped with additional bacon crumbles and sliced green onions, if desired.
