- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls, halved

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, Kalamata olives, salami, mozzarella balls, and parsley. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss again to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- For best flavor, let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the ingredients to marinate in the dressing.
